O aborto sempre foi e será um tema quente da politica portuguesa. Apesar da obteção uma maioria absoluta de deputados na Assembleia da Republica, Portugal continua a manter uma das legislaçoes mais retritivas da Uniao Europeia em materia do Aborto com graves consequências para a saúde reprodutiva da mulher. O recurso ao Referendo é uma opção errada! A insistência na opção negativa de fazer depender, através de um referendo, a alteração da lei do aborto, podendo ser aprovada uma lei na Assembleia da República, coloca Portugal numa posição conservadora, visto que os portugues optaram pelo sim no referendo do governo de António Guterres.

Parece que o desfecho desta "novela" do governo ainda vai demorar. O Partido Socialista e o Engenheiro Socrates, desperdiçando a maioria parlamentar que detêm no parlamento, assumem de novo pesadas responsabilidades na dimensão social e política do aborto clandestino, na situação de atraso na protecção da saúde reprodutiva das portuguesas, continuando a ignorar as diversas recomendações internacionais sobre estas matérias. O adiamento deste problema é o facto da insistência do PS, com o apoio do Bloco de Esquerda, na proposta de realização de um referendo, aprovada por este dois partido, que o Presidente da República recusou convocar por considerar não estarem reunidas as condições necessárias, devolvendo a responsabilidade à Assembleia da República.

O facto é que a história repete-se! Passaram 8 anos após a realização do referendo sobre o aborto e o Partido Socialista e o Bloco de Esquerda negam de novo a capacidade da Assembleia da República de proceder a uma rapida aprovação de uma nova lei da despenalização do aborto. Ao usarem o recurso do Referendo, estes dois partidos retiram-se das suas responsabilidades na Assembleia da República e desperdiçam a maior maioria de sempre, cedendo aos argumentos da direita e dos sectores mais conservadores.

Para mim a despenalização do aborto com a aprovação de uma nova lei é o caminho certo, possível e urgente. Impõe-se ao Partido Socialista (e à sua maioria parlamentar) a correcção das suas responsabilidades históricas na manutenção do aborto clandestino, fazendo aprovar, finalmente, uma lei que despenalize o aborto em Portugal e investindo em políticas que implementem a educação sexual nas escolas e a promoção do conjunto dos direitos sexuais e reprodutivos.

Espero que com isto pensem um bocado mais sobre o factor Aborto face sociedade, mulheres e sermos uns dos paises mais conservadores no que conta ao aborto na Uniao Europeia!! Sim à lei de despenalizaçao do aborto, nao à continuaçao com este jogos governamentais, façam aquilo que prometeram... parem com os vossos jogos politicos!! A esquerda detêm a maioria na Assembleia da República e tem que fazer uso do seu poder.

Abortion was and will always be a strong word in the portuguese politics. After winning the majority in the parlament, Portugal continues to maintain one of the strongest legislation in the European Union about abortion with high problems to the sexual life of a woman. Referendo it's a bad option! The persevere in the negative option of making depend, by a Referendo, the changing of the abortion law, set Portugal in a conservative place, when portuguese people voted yes in the referendo of the government of António Guterres.

It's seems that this "tv serie" from the government will be long. The Socialist Party and the engineer Socrates, fooling away the majority, assume the painful responsabilities in the dimension social and political of the clandestine abortion, in the situation of delay of the reprodutive wellness of a female, continuing to ignore the international recommends. The delay of this problem is the insist of socialist party, with the support of the Left Block, in the option of creating a Referendo, refused by the President of Republic (there weren't reunited all condition for that act).

The fact is that history it's all the same! It been 7 years after the abort referendo and the Socialist Party and the Left Block deny the ability of the assembly of republic of proceed with a quick acceptment of a new abortion law. By using the Referendo, this 2 partys take all their responsabilities and giving up from the biggest majority seem in 32 years of freedom.

To me the blessing of a new law it's the best way to go, possible and urgent. We coerce the socialist party the change of position of their historical responsabilites in maintaining the clandestine abortion, approving an abortion law and invest in politicies that insert sexual education in schools and the promotion of sexual rights.

I hope that this make you think a little bit more about abortion versus society, woman and being one of the most conservative countries in the European Union about Abortion.

Mais um ano, mais luta! Por todo o Portugal, no passado dia 24 de Julho, terminou a realização da 2º fase dos exames nacionais. Para muitos poderá ter continuação na universidade, para outros poderá ser o regresso a mais um ano de estudo para concluir o ensino secundário.

De facto as medidas tomadas, ao longo dos anos, pelo ministério da Educação somente trouxe restricções, entraves e não mostra valores positivos. Continuamos com uma média baixa à matemática, física, química e até mesmo português. Mas não julgem que a culpa é so dos alunos, pelo contrário passa, também, por professores e o próprio ensino.

A Ministra decideu premiar os alunos com uma prova de registência, a nota mínima de 9,5 valores, que caso nao seja alcançada (sendo específica), o aluno (a) não pode acabar o 12º ano. Perguntou me porque temos esta bela prenda? Caros leitores, antigamente, cerca de 5 anos atrás, não era preciso o 9,5 mas a média portuguesa de matemática, física era tão baixo (ao ponto de haver 2 e 3 nos exames) que se decidiu aplica um número positivo (9,5 é 10 valores). A razão está no facto de se querer combater a média comparativamente aos países europeus.

Mas após 3 anos de estudo para alcançar uma média que nos garante a entrada numa universidade, qual é o governo que tem o direito de nos barrar o ensino que julgamos ser público. Porque, caros leitores, somos somente um número, uma média, para os senhores (as) do Ministério. Estes não se preocupam com as condições em que muitas escolas se encontram, pelo contrário preocupam-se em alcançar médias, números para que assim possam alcançar melhores resultados a nível europeu.

Estas medidas restritas e abusivas, sao uma tentativa de bloquear acessos ao ensino superior, mas ao mesmo tempo criar, com curso tecnológicos, mão-de-obra activa, num país altamente afectado por uma crise financeira e por gravissímos números de desempregados.

One more year, more fight! All over Portugal, in the day 24 of july, finished the 2nd part of the national exams. For a few ones it can be the start of University (College), for others it can be the return to one more year of high school.

Indeed the actions taken by the minister of Education only brought restrition and not positive points. We continue with a low percentage to maths, chemistry and even Portuguese. Don't think that the fault is only from the students, but professors and even the programm are guilty aswell.

The Minister decide to give to the students one more challenge, the minime grade 9.5, that in case you don't have it, the student can't finish 12th grade. I ask myself why this present? Dear readers, a few ago, about 5, we didn't need 9,5 but the media in portuguese, maths and chemistry was so low (to the point that you had 2 and 3 (scale 0/20)) that they decide to put a minime positive (9.5 it's 10). The reason is that they want to change your position compare to other number europeans.

But after 3 years of study to reach a number that give you an entrance to the university, which is the government that have the right to stop your acess, in a regime we think it's public. Because, dear readers, we are only numbers to the minister. They don't care about the conditions of schools, they only care about reaching numbers, so they can reach better results in Europe.

This strong and abusive "laws" are one more try to block the acess to university, but in the same time create, with technological curses, work in a country highly affected by a financial crisis and high number of unemployment.
